He saw how she looked at the screen as his name flashed on her mobile screen he expected her to jump with joy or squeal with wonder.

He clenched his fist and called her again. This time she frowned at the screen then instead of shutting the screen cut the call.
This was the most disrespected he had been!

Li Yaun sneered and made a call again. He saw Lei Xinyi make an annoyed face at the screen then excused herself from everybody.
He saw her reach a secluded area then attend the call.

He could see her roll her eyes on the computer screen.

Lei Xinyi scoffed at the overbearing man's command. Did he forget how he snapped on her and how he kicked her out of his car not too long ago?

Li Yuan pursed his lips in anger he wanted to go claim her as his in front of the world and show this spitfire how she only took orders from him.
"Xinyi, don't f*cking swear at me! Don't test my patience, you won't like the consequences!"
Lei Xinyi rolled her eyes while she leaned against the wall and unimpressively checked her freshly manicured nails.

What riled Li Yaun up was her comment about admirers.
"Lu Xinyi! Better come up here. You won't like it if I come down there." Li Yaun said suppressing his rage in his words.
Lei Xinyi snorted at the threat
"Yeah Sure, take your best shot."
"Xin.."
Lei Xinyi didn't bother with his reply but hung up and walked back to the Cafeteria.
Li Yaun looked at the phone in his hand in disbelief. No one had ever hung up on him! No one!
Astonishment was shortly replaced by unchained and unrestrained rage. He threw his phone across the office room.
With ragged breathing he called for a.s.sistant Ji for his next move.
